We currently only ship within the UK.
Order before 10am [Mon-Fri] and we will ship your order the same day.

*You will be informed about any delays to your delivery via Text or Email from Royal Mail.
Bank Holidays
Orders placed over any Bank Holiday periods will be dispatched the next working day. This also includes no Royal mail deliveries on these days (Nationwide).
NEW Saturday & Sunday Delivery
Royal Mail are now offering delivery 7 days a week [excl. Public Hols] on our Economy, Express & Next Day orders, this is not a guaranteed service and requires a signature. There are a small collection of postcodes where Royal Mail do not deliver on a Sunday:
AB, BT, GY, HS, IM, IV, JE, KW, ZE
Returns
We offer 'no questions asked' refunds. The following rules apply to returns/ refunds:
- You must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order and return the item/s to us within a 28-day period.
- Item/s must be returned to us in original packaging, un used and in a resalable condition. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above mentioned standards. The buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
- Buyers are responsible for return postage costs to us.
- Personalised items cannot be refunded/ exchanged as they are made to order and not resalable.
- We will require proof of purchase, in the form of your order confirmation.
Exchanges
We are happy to exchange your item/s for something you prefer (if the above 'Returns' rules are met). Please bear in mind you will need to pay both postage to return the item/s to us and postage for us to send your new item to you. Personalised item/s cannot be exchanged.
Order Amendments
We have a 60 minute window for any order amendments after you place your order. Should you wish to make changes to your order (changing gift messages, changing a delivery address, cancel your order, or request a refund) these changes must be requested within 60 minutes of you placing your order on the website. We are as accommodating as possible but in busy periods we aren't able to edit orders due to trying to dispatch as swiftly as possible.
